Terms of service
- The service is only available in mainland Spain.
- The maximum weight for shipments with GLS is 30 kg and the sum of the measures (length+width+height) cannot exceed 150 cm.
- At the moment is only available the service of delivery and collection in a GLS point (pharmacies, tobacconist,...) that will be available in the app at the time of purchase and sale.

How it works
- The buyer makes the purchase following Wallapop Shipping process by selecting the pick up point (on the map you must select a GLS point) and the seller accepts the sale.
- The seller has 5 calendar days* to drop off the package at a GLS point. You have two options for delivery:
- Show the QR code that GLS will have sent to your email, no need to print anything.
In case you have not received the email, you must print the label shown in the shipping instructions and stick it on the package or take it along with the package. - Once the package has been delivered to a GLS point, within 72 working hours GLS delivers it to the collection point selected by the buyer.

- Once at destination, the buyer has 10 calendar days to pick up the package. To pick up the package, the buyer must show the QR code received by mail and his ID.
- Once picked up, the buyer has 48 hours to review the package. For more information in case the product is defective or different from the one offered you can consult: How do I open a dispute to the seller? and Responding to a dispute.
*Please note that if the expiration date is on Saturday it will be changed to Monday and if it is on Sunday it will be changed to Tuesday.
In case the buyer does not pick up the package within the established period (10 calendar days) the package will be returned to the point of origin for the seller to pick it up. The seller has 10 calendar days to pick up the package, otherwise it will be sent to a GLS warehouse.
