As the buyer of a refurbished device, you have 30 days to return the item and a one-year warranty from the date of delivery.
Note: If the item is damaged in transit, you have a maximum of 48 hours to file a claim with Wallapop.
During the first 30 days, you will be able to file a claim if the item is different from the one offered, to cancel the purchase, or if the item is defective. This claim will automatically be accepted and you will have to return the item to the seller.
