You can find refurbished devices on Wallapop that have passed a technical check performed by a certified seller.
You will be able to identify these items on the Wallapop wall because they have this green icon.

Returns and warranty
When you buy a refurbished device, you will have a 30-day return window and 1-year warranty.
During the first 30 days you can request a refund or a repair of the device. After the 30 days and during the one year warranty period you will be able to open a claim if you detect any fault in the device due to a defective product. *exclusions may apply

Shipping
Shipments of refurbished devices are made through the Wallapop Shipping system.
Shipping costs for your first purchase of refurbished devices will be free of charge for you as the buyer.
