Since it is possible that some faults may appear after the 30-day period, you also have a one-year warranty period during which you can file a claim for a defective product following the same procedure.
In case you have to request the warranty, you must follow these steps:
- You must contact us from the Status screen of your purchase between the 31st and the 365th day after the sale (1 year) requesting the repair of the device.
- From Wallapop we will provide you with a return code.
- Once the seller receives the returned device, he must check it and repair it or replace it (in case it cannot be repaired). If neither of these two options is possible, he should consider offering you a refund.
- When the device is repaired or replaced, the seller will contact us so that we can get the label to send the phone back to you.
In case of using the warranty, the return is free for you as the buyer as long as the reason is not excluded from the warranty.
