If your messages aren't sending, it may be because you have a bad internet connection, or the chat isn't connecting properly.
You can still write messages when you have a bad internet connection, but they won't be sent until you re-establish a good internet connection. Messages will remain in a queue and appear with the clock icon. They will be sent automatically when you re-establish a good internet connection.
Please note that if you exit the application with a message waiting to be sent, it will not be sent until you reopen the application. If the message appears with a tick mark (✓), it has been sent correctly but has not yet reached the other user.
In order to resolve this issue, please verify that you are accessing Wallapop from an optimal internet connection.
