Costs for the buyer
The costs of the service (Shipping and Wallapop Protection) are chargeable to the buyer. Both charges are mandatory in order to use the Wallapop Shipping service.
The following are the different price brackets and their conditions.
Shipping cost:

- Applicable to all categories with shipments with:
- Buyer in mainland Spain to seller in Italian Islands with the following zip codes: 07024, 07046, 09014, 90010, 91010, 91017, 91023, 92010 and 98050.
- Buyer in Balearic Islands to seller in Italian Islands with the following zip codes: 07024, 07046, 09014, 90010, 91010, 91017, 91023, 92010 and 98050.
For products in the Bikes category from 5 kg, the shipping price is different than the ones above:
Wallapop Protection:
- Purchase from 1€ to 13€: fixed cost 1,69€
- Purchases from 13,01€ to 657€: variable cost depending on the price of the product (€0.69 + 7.5% of the price of the product).
- Purchases from 657,01€ to 2500€: fixed cost of 50€
The maximum amount allowed in Wallapop is € 2500, if the price exceeds this amount it is not possible to make the shipping through Wallapop. The minimum amount allowed is € 1, it is not possible to make a request for a lower amount.
The total amount of the service can be checked in the purchase summary screen, always before confirming the payment. Remember that Wallapop Protection is mandatory.
Costs for the seller
Wallapop Shipping is free for the seller except if requesting the option of home collection with SEUR or sending a bulky shipment.
If you select the home collection option with SEUR, the price of the service (€2.25) will be deducted from the amount of the product when the payment is made (both for shipments in Spain and Italy). For more information about home pick-up, please check: Home Pickup.
In case of a bulky shipment, 10% of the product amount will be deducted at the time of payment of the transaction. For more information about bulky shipments, please check: Selling bulky products.
Except in the case of bulky shipments, packing shall be at the seller's expense. It will not be possible in any case to purchase envelopes or boxes at the post office and pay for them through Wallapop.
