When the package is delivered to the recipient you will receive your payment. The amount of the sale will be shown in your wallet automatically after the buyer receives the product and can verify that it is correct, counting from the day after receipt of the package. If you don't have the wallet available you have to update the app.
With the money of the wallet you can decide whether you want to use it to buy on Wallapop (for more information on how to do this see: Pay with your wallet) or transfer the money to your bank account without any additional cost. Remember that if you want to transfer the money to your bank account, you must have it registered on Wallapop.
You can add your bank account from the app or from the web:
- To add your bank account in the app you must access "Wallet" in the You section of the navigation bar, accessing the "Bank details" section. There you can add your account number.
- To add your bank account on the web you must access "My zone" and go to the "Wallet" section in the sidebar. Access "Bank details" and there you will be able to fill in your bank information.
To transfer the money from your wallet, you must have your identity verified. If you have not verified you identity yet, check this article: Verify my identity.
To delete or modify your bank account, you must access the three dots in the upper right corner.
