If you find a listing in the catalog that violates our Forbidden Products Policy, you can report it so we can review it and take appropriate action:
- Tap on the listing to open it.
- Tap the three-dot icon in the top right corner of the screen.
- Select the "Report product" option.
- Select the reason for the report.
- Done! You have sent your report and we will review it shortly.
If you want to report a product for which you have already started a chat, you can do so by entering the conversation and tapping the three-dot icon in the top right corner.
In the case of illegal content, you can file a report via the "Report illegal content on Wallapop" channel. Please make sure you fill out the form with enough information so it can be processed correctly.
How to report a user to Wallapop?
If you wish to report another user’s behavior because it violates our Prohibited Conduct Policies:
- Enter the chat conversation you had with that user.
- Tap the three-dot icon to report them.
- Choose the reason that best fits the situation. If you can't find a specific option, select "Other reasons" and explain what happened so we can help.
Your report has been submitted! Don’t worry if you don’t receive a direct response; we are reviewing your report and will take the necessary actions regarding the case.
As mentioned above, if it involves illegal content, please use the specific "Report illegal content" form.
How to block a user in the chat
It shouldn't happen, but if a user makes you feel uncomfortable, remember that you can always block them to prevent further contact.
To block a user:
- Enter the chat conversation you had with them.
- Tap the three-dot icon.
- Select “Block user.”
To unblock them, follow the first two steps and then tap “Unblock user.” You will then be able to message each other again!
