If you want to change the subscription from our website, from the left lateral menu, access the Wallapop PRO section, where you can distinguish your contracted subscriptions because they will have a "Modify" button.
If you click on "Modify", we will show you the available options.
If you want to change the subscription from our app, in the navigation bar, in the You section, you will find Wallapop PRO. We will show you the subscriptions available and in the subscriptions you have contracted you will see the information regarding the date you contracted it and the monthly fee. You will see 3 dots, when clicking on it you will have the option to modify your plan. You will be able to choose the plan that suits you best.
If you make a subscription change, we will regularize the price difference in the payment of the next receipt
PRO Everything else - I get an error message when I want to change the subscription.
This is because you have used more features than the plan you want to change to. In order to change your subscription you must wait until the subscription renewal date.
