If data for package delivery is missing and the seller hasn't yet delivered the package to the transport agency yet, he can cancel it. For more information you can review the article: Cancel a shipment once the purchase is confirmed.
If you have already delivered the package to the transport agency and are missing data for delivery:
- If it is a Correos delivery, check this article: On hold shipping
- If it is a Seur delivery, the buyer can modify the delivery address in the email that Seur will send to inform about the delivery date. If the package can't be delivered, the buyer will receive an email where he will also be able to edit the delivery information.
The deadline to modify the address information is 10 calendar days from the first delivery attempt.
