In case the package could not be delivered to the address provided:
- For shipments with Correos, the package will be in the closest Post Office from the buyer's home for 15 days. The buyer can go to the Post Office, with his ID and with the receipt that will have been left in the mailbox or with the shipping number to pick up the package.
- For shipments with Seur, the package will be deposited in a pickup point (these are premises or stores where your packages are stored) or in a Seur office for 10 days, from the first delivery attempt, so that the buyer can pick it up. The buyer will receive an SMS with the address of the pickup point where the shipment is deposed.
If after this period the buyer does not collect the shipment, it will be returned to the address you have entered as sender.
