A) If you have contracted a subscription plan in the app you have to follow these steps:
- If you made your subscription through Google Play and want to modify it, firstly you will have to unsubscribe in this platform. It is not possible to cancel your subscription on our app.
In your Android phone or tablet, open Google Play and follow these steps:
- Check that you have logged in with the correct Google account.
- Click on Menu and then Subscriptions.
- Select the subscription that you want to cancel.
- Click on Cancel subscription and follow the instructions
Once the plan has expired, access the wallapop webpage and subscribe to the plan you already had or to any other. The first month will be free of charge. You have to follow these steps:
- In your profile, you will find the Subscribe badge in the Subscription section.
- Once your actual subscription has expired, we will show you the available subscriptions.
It is important to follow this process through our website and not from the app.

You have to follow these steps:
- In your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch:
- Go to Settings >[your name] > iTunes & App Store.
- Click on you Apple ID > View Apple ID
- Click on Subscriptions
- Click on the subscriptions you want to manage and press Cancel Subscription. Your subscription will remain effective until the end of the current period.
- In you Mac or PC:
- Open iTunes or https://support.apple.com/es-es/HT202039
- From the menu bar at the top of the computer screen or at the top of the iTunes window, select Account > View My Account.
- Sign in with your Apple ID and click "View Account".
- On the Apple "Account Information" page, scroll down to the "Settings" section. To the right of "Subscriptions", click "Manage".
- Click "Edit" to the right of the subscription you wish to manage.
- Use the options available to manage your subscription. You can choose a different subscription offer or click "Unsubscribe" to unsubscribe.

B) If you have contracted a subscription plan from the website you have to follow these steps:
- Access your profile from our website
- At the top of your profile you will find the "Subscriptions" section, where you can see the current contracted subscription.
- Under the subscription name, you will see the option to "Edit". Click here to see the option to "Cancel Subscription".
Your subscription may be cancelled at any time but will remain effective until the end of the current period.
