Request an invoice

To request a subscription invoice, if the subscription payment has been made through our website, you must contact us through the button you will find below. Please provide the following information:

• If you're requesting the invoice for a company, please indicate:
  • Company Name
  • Address
  • Street / number / floor / door
  • Postcode
  • Town/City
  • CIF (Tax code)

• If you're requesting the invoice for a freelancer, please indicate:
  • Full Name
  • Address
  • Street / number / floor / door
  • Postcode
  • Town/City
  • NIF/NIE (tax ID)

For subscriptions created after 22/07, the system for requesting an invoice has been modified.

If you want to set up a subscription through our app, invoices should be requested by following the steps below:

1. Go to your profile.
2. Click on the black button “Become a PRO”
3. Choose the type of subscription.
4. The payment option will appear, and you’ll see the question ‘Do you need an invoice?’. Click and select ‘Yes’.
5. A new window will open where you can fill in your details as a natural or legal person. 
6. Save the information and make the payment.
7. You’re now all set up.

If you want to set up a subscription through our website, invoices should be requested by following the steps below:

1. Go to your profile.
2. Go to the “Subscriptions” section.
3. Choose the type of subscription.
4. A new window with the question ‘Do you want to receive invoices?’ will appear. Pick the option ‘Yes’, and click “Continue to payment”.
5. Next, add your details as a natural or legal person and click “Continue to payment”.
6. You’re now all set up.

You can also fill in or edit this information from the “Billing Information" section on your profile.
