We have added a new home pickup service with Seur available to sellers. It is currently in the testing phase and will shortly be available to all users.

To use the service, you must send an offer, from the blue button located at the top of the chat with the seller and select the home delivery option, it is not possible to make a delivery with home collection and delivery to an office. Nor is it possible to use this service from the "Buy now" option that appears in the advertisements.
You can follow up in the application. The tracking code will have this format: WALLAXXXXXXXXXX.
Seur will make two delivery attempts, if in the first attempt they cannot deliver the package, a second delivery is scheduled automatically. In case you need to modify any data, you can review the application and access the tracking link to manage the data.
If after two attempts it is not possible to deliver the package, you will receive a notice from Seur and the package will be deposited in a pickup point (these are places where they keep your packages) or in a Seur store for 10 days so that you can go and pick it up . After this period, if the package has not been collected, it will be returned to the sender.
