Both Correos and Seur make two delivery attempts.
If after these two delivery attempts, it has not been possible to deliver it:
- In the case of shipments with Correos, the shipment will be deposited in the office closest to your home for 15 days. You can go to the Post Office (Correos), with your official ID and the receipt that they will have left in the mailbox or with the shipping number to pick up the package.
- In the case of shipments with Seur, the shipment will be deposited at a pickup point (these are premises or stores where your packages are stored) or at a Seur office for 10 days, from the first delivery attempt, so that you can go to pick it up. You will receive an SMS text message with the address of the pickup point where your shipment has been deposited.
After the collection deadlines, if you have not presented yourself to collect the package, it will be returned to the sender and it will no longer be possible to retrieve it.
