If the shipment cannot be delivered to the recipient or a dispute is accepted, a return is made to the seller.
In what situations is a return to the seller processed?
The shipment could not be delivered
For shipments with Correos:
- If the package cannot be delivered to the address requested by the buyer, after 2 delivery attempts, due to absence, refusal,.... If the package cannot be delivered to the address requested by the buyer, after 2 delivery attempts, due to absence, refusal,... of the buyer, the package will be returned to the seller at the address provided by the sender.
- If the buyer does not pick up the package at the post office, after 15 days, the package is returned to the seller. If the seller cannot be found at the address given as sender, the package will be deposited for 15 days at the nearest post office.
- For returns with Seur and Method, the package is returned to the sender's address.
- For returns with GLS and Boyacá, the package will remain at the collection point for 10 days before being returned.
In the event that the collection period has passed and you have not picked up the package, it will be archived. Once the package has been archived, there is a maximum of 90 days from the first delivery attempt to retrieve it.
A dispute has been accepted
If the buyer opens a dispute and it is accepted, either by the seller or by Wallapop, a refund is also made to the seller.
The package has entered Customs
In the event that a package enters Customs due to misuse of the service, a refund will also be requested from the seller. However, in this situation the return cannot be guaranteed and Wallapop is not responsible.
Can I track my return?
The return will be delivered within 48-72 business hours. Both seller and buyer can follow up on the locators of the transport companies: Correos tracker / Seur tracker / GLS tracker / Boyacá tracker.
And what about my money?
Once the return is delivered, the buyer will receive the refund in the payment method used within 3-10 business days.
