When your content was removed, you should have received an email with the details of the suspension, as well as information on how the content was detected, the link to the policy violated, and other details that can help you understand the reason for this moderation action or appeal more precisely and with the necessary evidence.
What should you know before submitting an appeal?
You can submit your appeal through the form available at the bottom of this page. Read the following information carefully before starting: moderation decisions can only be appealed once.
- You have a period of 6 months from the date the decision was issued.

What must a reasoned appeal contain?
- The specific facts as to why you believe the decision is incorrect,
- Evidence to support it: screenshots, purchase receipts, conversations, or any other evidence that applies to your case
- A respectful tone. Appeals containing offensive language may be rejected.
- Remember to always make good use of our review systems. Abusive or unfounded use of this process could temporarily limit your access to this channel.

What is or is not an appeal?
An appeal is a request, supported by evidence, for Wallapop to review a decision made regarding your account, your content, or a report of illegal content that you have submitted.

- Email address: You must enter the email address linked to your Wallapop account. Remember that we will contact you at this email address to inform you of our decision regarding your request.
- Which decision would you like to request to be reviewed? Indicate the moderation decision you want us to review.

- If the decision you want reviewed is the deactivation of a published listing, please indicate the listing ID number below. You must use the identification number (ID) provided to you in the email notifying you of the listing's removal.
- If the decision you want reviewed is the rejection of a report of illegal content, please indicate your report ID number below.
- Description: Indicate the reasons why you consider the decision made by Wallapop to be incorrect. Please note that you must state concrete and precise facts that are backed by sufficient evidence to prove the decision was incorrect.
- Attachments: We recommend providing files that serve as relevant evidence to substantiate your appeal.
Remember that you will only have one opportunity to request a review of the decision made by Wallapop.
What happens when a decision is made on your appeal?
We will inform you by email whether your appeal has been accepted or not. If we reject it, you have other avenues of appeal, such as out-of-court dispute settlement mechanisms, as well as the option to seek judicial redress before a competent court.
