Relevant information: The fact of providing your data through this process implies that you understand and agree to the processing of such data, in this case the data will be managed by Idealista and Wallapop, the former as responsible and the latter as processor in order to manage the established purpose. In accordance with the above, users are informed of the following points:
1. Purpose of treatment
(i) Idealista and Wallapop have signed a collaboration agreement whereby Wallapop users, through the real estate portal Yaencontré owned by Idealista, can contact advertisers for the purpose of finding housing.
(ii) That Idealista, in its capacity as data controller, manages the Yaencoentré portal where the user can create an account with his/her e-mail address for the purpose of contacting a real estate agent or independent professional, as well as receiving notices about similar properties that may be of interest to him/her.
2. Treatment roles
Responsible for processing: Idealista, S.A.U. Manages all personal data relating to users who have consented to the processing of their personal data, and have an interest in the service.
Data Processor: Wallapop, S.L. collects and communicates all personal data to Idealista relating to users who have provided their personal data through the chat. Once the data has been communicated to the data controller, the data processor automatically deletes it, thus guaranteeing the principle of minimization of personal data.
3. The basis of legitimacy
The legal basis for the processing of personal data is the consent you have given linked to the fact that you have freely provided such data through this process.
The legal basis for sharing data between the controller and the processor will be the execution of a contract signed between the parties.

5. Preservation and exercise of rights
Personal data will be kept as long as you do not request their deletion. Once this period of time has elapsed, the data will be automatically deleted.
