A top profile is awarded to a seller to show recognition for the excellent service they have provided to buyers. If you have a top profile, buyers will have more confidence in you as a seller, and that can translate into more sales.
The badge will be shown in the item detail. It will appear both on the user's profile and when a search is performed.
Please note that having a top profile does not mean you will appear higher in searches.
How can I get a top profile?
To have the top profile badge appear on your profile, you must meet certain requirements:
- Have at least 3 items published in the last 90 days
- Have at least 2 successful transactions as a seller in the last 90 days
- Have an average rating of at least 4.75 in the last 12 months
- The average response time must be less than 24 hours in the last 90 days
- Average delivery time to a delivery point (for transactions with shipping) of less than 48 hours in the last 90 days
- Have many views on your items
- Receive few disputes for your products
- Not receiving complaints about inappropriate content or behavior
This badge only applies to products within the categories: 'Kids and Babies', 'Movies, Books and Music', 'Fashion and Accessories', 'Home and Garden', 'Others', 'TV, Audio and Photo', 'Sports and Leisure', 'Consoles and Video Games', 'Appliances', 'Computing and Electronics', 'Mobile Phones and Telephony', 'Bicycles', 'Collectibles', 'Construction and Renovations', 'Industry and Agriculture'.
Products with “Warranty” are excluded from receiving the badge.
The review to award the Top Profile badge is updated to review the profiles that meet the requirements.
