On Wallapop buyers have the option to buy multiple products from you in a single purchase by creating a bundle. This option is a great opportunity for you to sell more items faster in a single sale. Also it’s more convenient as you send all items together in a single package.
Recommendations to increase your selling options
You do not have to take any additional action to start selling bundles, however, here are some recommendations to increase your sales:
- Keep your items always updated. If you no longer have an item, delete it or mark it as sold, check your expired items. It helps to avoid situations where the buyer adds an item to the bundle that you don’t have anymore.
- Upload more items. The more items, the more chances that buyer will find something interesting and will create a bundle.
- Make sure you have the shipping option enabled on your items. Only items with shipping activated are visible for bundle purchases. You can activate the option when you upload the item or edit the ones you have already uploaded.
- Upload the items separately. Thanks to that, buyers can easily add items they want to a bundle.
- Choose the correct weight for each product: For the batch creation feature to work properly, the seller must choose the correct weight ranges for each product. As a buyer, you can add products up to the maximum weight allowed. If you exceed the maximum weight, you will see an error message and will not be able to add any more products.
Keep in mind that "warranty" products, products in categories that cannot be shipped, products with shipping not activated, bulky products and bicycles are excluded from bundles.
Once a buyer has purchased a bundle of your products, you will receive an email and a notification in the chat to review the products added to the bundle (same as in the single item sale). Keep in mind that you will only have the option to accept or cancel the transaction, but it will not be possible to edit the bundle.
In the event that you do not have one of the products purchased from you, you must cancel the transaction before sending it. For more information on how to cancel the transaction, see: Cancel transaction.
Once you have accepted the sale, you must select the shipping option and you will receive the label to make the shipment.
Important: All products must be in the same package and must not exceed the maximum weight and dimensions for each shipment specified in the shipping instructions.
