The intensive use of new technologies and, more specifically, e-commerce is associated with an increase in possibilities for both the buyer and the seller. However, it also brings with it certain risks that we must manage from different perspectives so that our platform is a safe and reliable environment. For this reason, collaborating with Justice and the State Security Forces and Corps, with the aim of preventing crime and clarifying crimes, their perpetrators and victims, is one of the fundamental axes on which Wallapop's activity is developed.
In addition, we put all our availability at the disposal of the different official consumer institutions operating in Spanish territory to collaborate with them when processing the requests that they have to send us and that allow them to continue advancing in the management of the cases brought to them by the citizens who come to them.
