What is Wallapop Club?
The program has been progressively activated from February 24, 2026, to March 4, 2026. The points counter starts at 0 points, as it is not retroactive, meaning that it does not take into account transactions made before Wallapop Club was activated. If you do not see the points corresponding to transactions from a few days prior to the official launch, it is possible that you did not have it active yet.
Wallapop Club rewards your loyalty by turning your sales and purchases completed with Wallapop Shipping or fast locker into points that can be redeemed for money-saving discounts and benefits within the app.
How do I join?
Membership in the Wallapop Club is automatic and free for all Wallapop users. You simply need to have an active account to start earning points.

Can I opt out?
Yes. Contact Customer Support to request removal and all Club features will be hidden. Remember, Wallapop Club program is free.

Members receive notifications/emails about point balance, activity, challenges, and exclusive offers.
Points & Rewards
Earning points
You earn points by buying or selling with Wallapop Shipping or fast locker and by completing Challenges.
What counts
Only the base product price counts. Shipping and fast locker costs and Wallapop Protection fees are excluded.
Receiving points
Points are awarded when the transaction is completed: when the buyer confirms delivery or when transaction automatically confirmed.
Where to see them
Your balance, history, and expiry dates are visible in the Wallapop Club section of your profile. If points are missing or incorrect after 48 hours, contact Customer Support with transaction details.
Redeeming points
- Discounts appear automatically at checkout for shipping and fast locker or in the Bump payment screen (Spain only).
- The number of points required varies by offer. Discounts can be combined with other promotions.
Validity
Points expire 1 year after being earned.
Returns
If a purchase is canceled, spent points are returned.
Limitations
- Points have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and cannot be transferred to other accounts.
- A maximum of 12,500 points can be earned per transaction.
- A maximum of 52,500 points can be earned per day.
Challenges
Challenges are limited-time tasks that reward extra points. All members can participate unless stated otherwise. Challenges are available in the Wallapop Club section, and new ones are added regularly.
For users with an active Wallapop Pro subscription, the use of featured listings will always follow a consumption order: first, the featured listings included in the active subscription will be applied, and once those are used up, the ones redeemed with Wallapop Club points will be used.
