What is DSA?
European Union (“EU”) (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065), which provides for a set of rules and obligations applicable to online intermediaries offering services within the EU (including, among others, online platforms such as Wallapop).

Important: if you have identified yourself as a “professional” user, you must provide the information and documentation indicated below by following the steps detailed. More information on how to identify yourself as a professional user.
*This requirement does not affect the collection and reporting obligations imposed by Directive 2021/514 (DAC7). More information on what DAC7 is.
