If after 60 calendar days following the initial request day you still have not provided that information, we will apply some restrictions to your account. While you'll still be able to buy, list, and sell, you won’t be able to:
- cash out your wallet funds;
- pay with your wallet funds.
You will be able to remove the restrictions as soon as you provide us with the required information.
Additionally, the authorities might take further steps if you don't provide the information we need on time, or if you give us wrong, unfinished, or incorrect information.
