In order to successfully log into your account we need you to follow the following recommendations:
- Uninstall the app, go to the App Store (if your device is iOS) or Google Play (if your device is Android) and download the latest version from Wallapop.
- Make sure you are logging in with the correct password, in case you are not sure you are using it correctly, you can request a new one with the "Forgot your password?" button.
- If you use Gmail you can log in using your Google credentials, with the method that says "Continue with Google".
- If you have your Facebook account verified in your profile, you can also use this login method.
Another useful and necessary test: Use our services from the Web/PC, in order to find out if you are also experiencing problems from a computer. When doing so, we suggest you to restore your browsing data and cookies before the test.
We also recommend you to check the sender blocking in your email, it is possible that our verification emails are being blocked and therefore you are not receiving them and cannot access them.
If the problem is that you receive the verification email, but you cannot approve access, we advise you to copy the link and paste it into a tab in incognito mode in your browser.
If you don't remember the associated email to your Wallapop account we will need the link to one of your products. You must enter our website: (http://es.wallapop.com) from your pc or mobile browser. Using the search engine, locate one of your products. Once you have it, copy the URL and send it to us so we can retrieve your password.
If you do not have products for sale but you have purchased through shipping, we will need your first and last name and phone number.
If the problem persists after trying the above steps, please contact us again and attach the following information to escalate the issue as soon as possible:

- Operating System Version
- App Version
- Video, screenshot or photo of the error that appears.
Web/PC
- Operating System (including version)
- Name of the web browsers with which you have visited www.wallapop.com and are experiencing problems.
- Video, screenshot or photo of the error.
