If you are having trouble accessing your account, here are some recommendations to try to solve the problem:
- Make sure you are logging in with the correct password: If you are not sure you are using it correctly, you can request a new one by clicking on the “Forgot your password?” button in the app or “Recover password” on the website. It may take a few hours for the email to arrive (remember to check your spam folder if you haven't received it after a while).
- Make sure you are logging in with the correct email address: If you don't receive the password recovery email, your account may be linked to another email address.
- Update the app: Go to the App Store (if you have an iOS device) or Google Play (if you have an Android device) and check if you have the latest version of Wallapop.
- Ensure you are entering the code you received via SMS for two-step verification correctly: verify that the code you entered is correct and that it is the most recent one. For more information on two-step verification, please refer to the article Two-step verification to access your account.
- If you use Gmail: we recommend that you try logging in using your credentials rather than the “Continue with Google” button.
If you still can't access your account after trying the above steps, here are some other useful tests you can try:
- If you're trying to access your account from the app, try logging in from the website: This will allow us to see if you're also having problems from a computer. Before doing so, we suggest you clear your browsing data and cookies.
- Check your email sender block list: It is possible that our verification emails are being blocked and therefore you are not receiving them.
- If the problem is that you receive the verification email but cannot approve access: we recommend copying the link and pasting it into an incognito tab in your browser.
If the problem persists and you still cannot access your profile after trying the above steps, please contact us and attach the following information so that we can escalate the issue as quickly as possible:
App/Mobile
- Brand and model
- Operating system version
- App version
- Video, screenshot, or photo of the error that appears
Web/PC

If you don't remember the email address associated with your Wallapop account, we will also need a link to one of your products. To do this, you must visit our website (http://es.wallapop.com) from your PC or mobile browser. Use the search engine to locate one of your products. Once you have found it, copy the URL and send it to us so that we can recover your password.
If you don't have any products for sale but have made purchases through shipments, we will need you to provide us with your first name, last name, and phone number.
