This feature is in testing phase and will soon be available to all users.
On Wallapop, you can buy multiple items from the same seller by creating a bundle. By purchasing a bundle, you can benefit from discounts and save on the transaction. Please note that this service is only available for transactions made with Wallapop Shipping.
To be able to buy a bundle, the seller must have at least two items that can be shipped. Please note that the with "Warranty" products, products in categories that cannot be shipped, products with shipping not activated, bulky products, and bicycles are excluded from bundles.
To buy a bundle, you must:
- Access the seller's profile and select “Create a bundle” or go to one of the products you want to buy and click on “Create bundle”.
- A selector of the seller's products will open. From there, you can add and remove the products you want to buy. At the bottom of the screen, you will see a summary of the products you are adding and the price to pay. Please note that if you exceed the maximum allowed weight for shipments or the maximum price (€2500), you will receive an error message.
- Once you have selected all the products you want to buy, select “Continue” and you will go to the purchase screen where you can select the shipping method, the payment method, and finalize the purchase.
- Once the transaction is created, a chat with the seller about the bundle will open.
The total amount of the service can be checked on the payment summary screen, always before confirming the payment.
Shipping and Returns of a bundle on Wallapop
Shipping of bundles is done through Wallapop Shipping. For more information, you can check the following article: How Wallapop Shipping work.
Please note that you will receive all products in a single package.
In the event that when you receive the bundle there is any product that has been damaged in transit or does not match what was agreed upon with the seller, you must open a claim within 48 hours of the package being delivered. To do this:
- Access this link: Ongoing Purchases
- Once there, access the transaction of the bundle you want to claim and click on What do I need to do?
- Select the option Open a dispute and follow the instructions below to open your claim.
