The Wallapop Shipping service allows short and long distance shipping of products published on Wallapop in a safe way for both users. The service can be used both in the app and on the web from Wallapop.
Shipments are made with Correos, Seur or Method (bulky), depending on the type of shipment.
Both users will be able to follow the course of the shipment in the app or on the web. It is also possible to check the status of the package from the shipment locator on the Correos website, on the Seur website and on the Method website by entering the tracking code.
To send a product through Wallapop Shipping:
- The seller must activate the shipping option when uploading the ad or activate it on existing items.
- To purchase a product, the buyer must use the "Buy" button that appears in the ad and choose the shipping method and payment method.
- The seller must confirm or refuse the shipment and send or deliver it within the established period of 5 calendar days. Please note that if the expiration date falls on Saturday it is changed to Monday and if it falls on Sunday it is changed to Tuesday. The deadline remains unchanged if the expiration date falls on a public holiday.
- Once the shipping company has the package, the buyer will receive it within 2 to 4 business days approximately.
- Once received, the buyer has 48 hours from the delivery confirmation from the carrier to check that the product conforms to what was agreed with the seller.
- After the claim period (48 hours) or if the buyer selects the "All OK" option, the seller will receive the money of the transaction in his wallet automatically.
Each shipping code is intended to send only one package. In the case of buying several products from a seller creating a bundle, remember that all the products must be sent in the same package.
