Wallapop offers sellers a home collection service. This service is provided by Seur and Method for bulky items. You can track your shipments using the following trackers: Seur Tracker and Method Tracker.: Seur Tracker y Method Tracker.
Shipments with Seur
Terms of service
- The service is available for shipments in Spain, Italy, and Portugal.
- The maximum weight for shipments is 30 kg for domestic shipments and 20 kg for international shipments (Italy and Portugal). Size limits depend on each service offered by the carrier. You can check the limits in this article:: Dimensions and weights.

The service fee ranges from €3.25 to €10.75 for Wallapop users and is €2.25 for Wallapop PRO users (for all weight brackets), and will be deducted from the sale price once payment is made.
How it works
- Choose home collection and confirm the shipment.

Prepare the package for collection:
- Pack the product with care. For more information on how to pack your product, see: Tips for good packaging.

Download and print the shipping label when you receive it. If you cannot print it, write on a piece of paper:
- Your full address as the sender.
- Indicate that it is a Wallapop shipment.
- Add the shipping reference (SEURESESXXXX).
- Stick it on the package.
- Check what day they will come to pick it up.
- Seur pasará a recoger el paquete en el día indicado. Ten en cuenta que el estado del envío puede tardar unas horas en actualizarse después de la recogida.
At any time before Seur collects the package, you can cancel the transaction without penalty to the buyer or to you. Please note that if you cancel the transaction, the total amount will be refunded to the buyer.
Seur will make two attempts to collect the package. If it is not possible to collect it on the first attempt, check the “Review shipment” section to find out what has happened and schedule a new collection. You have a period of 7 calendar days from the first failed attempt, after which the collection will be canceled.
