The following are the dimensions and weights allowed for shipping through Wallapop:
At the moment, Wallapop does not offer the service of depositing and picking up packages in a Correos Citypaq.
Remember also that the minimum measurements for the package are 15x10 cm.
The weight must be put by the seller in the ad at the time of uploading the product by activating the option Shipping and only he can edit it. In case he did not register it when he uploaded the ad, he must edit the ad and put the weight to make the transaction. If the weight is incorrect once the transaction is accepted, please check: Correos won’t accept the package.
As for packaging, packaging with advertising from third parties is not allowed. Boxes must be plain and white or brown. The shipment of irregular products is not allowed either. If the Post Office considers that the packaging is not appropriate for the transport of the product, it will suggest the purchase of the boxes that have an extra cost to the seller.
The preparation of good packaging to protect items and avoid damage during transport is essential and the responsibility of the seller. For more information on how to prepare a good packaging, check this article: Tips for good packaging.

The service costs are the shipping and Wallapop Protection charges. Both charges are mandatory to use the Wallapop Shipping service.
The service costs are paid by the buyer. Wallapop Shipping is free for the seller except in case of requesting the option of home collection with SEUR, the amount will be deducted from the amount of the product when payment is made.
The packaging will be paid by the seller. Under no circumstances will it be possible to purchase envelopes or boxes at the post office and pay for them through Wallapop.

The total amount of the service can be checked in the payment summary screen, always before confirming the payment.
*For business reasons, in some cases the costs may vary and Wallapop reserves the right to perform tests and trials on its platform.
