Starting April 30, you will no longer be able to add or edit the IBAN associated with your Wallapop account unless you have updated the app (Android 1.311.0 / iOS 1.309.0). After this date, you will only be able to edit your bank details on the website.
What is the wallet?
The Wallapop wallet is where you accumulate the money you get from sales through Wallapop and that you can also use as a payment method. An easy and safe way to manage the money from the transactions you make on Wallapop.
Where is the wallet?
You will find the wallet in the You section of the navigation bar in the application and in the wallet section on the website.
Once the money is in your wallet, you have several options:
- Save the balance and use it whenever you want to make a purchase on Wallapop
- Make a payment in person
- Transfer it to your bank account at no additional cost
You will see your balance history in your wallet. You can check your inflows, outflows or all the information.
The money from sales made through Wallapop Shipping will appear in your wallet without the need to wait for your bank once the buyer has confirmed that the product is in good condition. You can always withdraw the money from your wallet to your bank at no additional cost and you will receive it within 2-5 business days or use it to pay in person.
