Terms of service
- The service is available for shipments between Spain and Italy, Portugal and Spain and inside Spain and Portugal.
- Packages can be delivered and received in InPost points and lockers for inside Spain transactions and delivered only to InPost points and received at InPost points and lockers for transactions between Spain and Italy.
- The price of the service can always be checked before sending the purchase request to the seller.
- The maximum dimensions of the packages are: 41x38x64 cm and the maximum weight is 20 kg. For more details on package sizes please refer to the table below:

How it works
- The buyer makes the purchase following the Wallapop Shipping procedure by selecting InPost and the seller accepts the sale.
- The seller has 5 days* to deliver the package to an InPost point.
- Once the package is delivered, the buyer will receive it within a maximum of 6 working days for a Spain-Italy transactions and a 3-4 working days for inside Spain transactions, at the InPost point or locker chosen. The buyer has 8 calendar days to pick up the package once it has been deposited. To pick up the package, the QR or PIN code received by email or SMS from InPost must be used.
- Once In Post confirm the package was delivered, the buyer has 48 hours to check it. For more information in case the product is defective or different from the one offered, please refer to: How do I open a dispute to the seller?
Terms and Conditions
If the buyer does not pick up the package within the specified time frame (8 calendar days), the package will be returned to the point of origin for the seller to collect.
Important: The package must not exceed the established size limits in order to be shipped correctly.
*Please note that if the expiration date falls on a Saturday, it is changed to Monday, and if it falls on a Sunday, it is changed to Tuesday.
Possible issues related to lockers and pickup points
I can’t find my pickup PIN
The pickup PIN is sent via both email and SMS if you have your phone number registered with Wallapop. If you still can’t find it, we recommend downloading the Inpost app. This way, in addition to checking the PIN, you’ll also be able to view updated information on the status of your shipment.
