Only the seller has the option to cancel the transaction once accepted. You can do this from the button that can be found in the Sales > On going section. Always do this before delivering it to transport agency.
| Note: If you need to change the weight of the product you are shipping, you must first cancel the transaction by following the steps above. Once this is done, you will be able to edit your listing and the buyer will need to make a purchase again. You will not be able to change the weight of the product if it has already been delivered to the shipping company. |
In the case of a shipment cancellation there is no penalty for yourself or the buyer. Once it is cancelled the money will be automatically refunded to the buyer in the payment method used. The period in which the money will be available is 3-10 business days depending on the payment method.
