Only the seller has the option to cancel the transaction once accepted. You can do this from the button that can be found in the Sales > On going section. Always do this before delivering it to transport agency.
Note: If you need to change the weight of the product you are shipping, you must first cancel the transaction by following the steps above. Once this is done, you will be able to edit your listing and the buyer will need to make a purchase again. You will not be able to change the weight of the product if it has already been delivered to the shipping company. |
The transaction must always be cancelled before the delivery to the carrier and before the tracking code expires. If the tracking code expires, the shipment will be automatically cancelled.
If you are the buyer and wish to cancel your purchase, please contact the seller to make the cancellation following the steps above. Remember that if the seller does not deliver the product to the shipping company within 5 days, the transaction will be automatically cancelled and your purchase will be refunded.
When a transaction is cancelled, the full amount is automatically refunded to the buyer through the payment method used. The time period in which the money will be available is 3-10 business days depending on the payment method.
The cancellation of a shipment does not imply any kind of penalty for the seller or the buyer.
