The Wallapop Shipping service is only available in the mobile app.
This service allows users to make long distance shipments for products in a secure way for both users. The shipments are made through Correos or Seur.
To use the service, the buyer must submit an offer from the blue button at the top of the chat with the seller or using the "Buy Now" button that appears in the ad.
The seller must accept the offer, which they will receive in both the chat and in the "Shipping/Transactions" section of the main menu.

Take into account that it is not possible to make a shipment with home pickup and office delivery. Also, if the offer was made through the Buy Now button the home pickup is not available.
If when the offer is accepted the seller chooses to take the package to a Correos office, a code will be generated for the seller to take the package in a period of five calendar days.
Both seller and buyer can track the progress of the shipment via the app.
Once it is delivered to the transport agency, the buyer will receive it in approximately 48 business hours. Once received, and after the deadline for buyer issues or claims has elapsed (48h), the seller will receive the money in the wallet automatically. If you don't have the wallet available yet, you need to update the app.
Please note that each shipping code is intended to ship a single product, it is not possible to split or group shipments.
