This service allows short and long distance shipping of products published on Wallapop in a safe way for both users. The shipments are made through Correos or Seur.
To purchase a product, the buyer must use the "Buy" button that appears in the ad in the app. In case he/she wants to negotiate the price or ask for information about the product, he/she can do it through the chat. To open a chat, the buyer must access the ad and click on the "Chat" button that appears at the bottom.
The seller must confirm or refuse the shipment. He can do it in the app or the Wallapop web.
- If at the time of confirming the shipment you choose the option of home collection with Seur, you can check the shipping operation on these items: How to use Home Pickup service as a seller and How to use Home Pickup service as a buyer. Take into account that it is not possible to make a shipment with home pickup and office delivery.
- If when confirming the shipment you choose the option to leave the package at a Seur point, a QR code will be created that you must show when you deliver the package at the Seur point. This option is only available for shipments to Italy.
- If when the shipment is confirmed the seller chooses to take the package to a Correos office, a code will be generated for the seller to take the package in a period of five calendar days.
Both seller and buyer can track the progress of the shipment via the app or web.
Once it is delivered to the transport agency, the buyer will receive it in approximately 48 business hours. Once received, and after the deadline for buyer issues or claims has elapsed (48h), the seller will receive the money in the wallet automatically. If you don't have the wallet available yet, you need to update the app.
Please note that each shipping code is intended to ship a single product, it is not possible to split or group shipments.
