The buyer has no option to cancel a purchase. In order to cancel a transaction, you must contact the seller and ask them not to accept the sale, or if they have already accepted it, to cancel the transaction with the button found in the "Sales" > "In progress" section.
Please note that if the seller doesn't cancel it and doesn't deliver the package to the transport company, if the shipment is made with Correos GLS or Boyacá, the transaction will expire in 5 calendar days and if the shipment is with Seur, it will expire at 7 days from the first collection attempt. In either case, your money will be automatically refunded.
Once cancelled it will not be possible to send the package with the Post Office code we have generated for this transaction. The amount corresponding to the cancelled transaction will be refunded in the payment method used in approximately 3-10 business days. Please note that if you have made the payment with a credit card, the refund may be reflected in the following monthly payments.
