In case the package could not be delivered at the address provided:
- For shipments with Correos, the package will be deposited in the office closest to the buyer's home for 15 days. You can go to the post office, with your ID and the receipt that will have been left in the mailbox or with the shipping number to pick up the package.
- For Seur shipments, the package will be returned to the sender. He will receive an SMS with the address of the pickup point where he has deposited your shipment.
- For shipments with GLS, the shipment will remain deposited at a pickup point (these are shops or stores where they store your packages) for 10 days, from the first delivery attempt, so that the buyer can go to pick it up. You will receive an email with the address of the pickup point where you have deposited your shipment.
- For Boyacá shipments, the package will be held at a pickup point (pharmacies, tobacconists,...) for 10 days for the buyer to pick it up. To pick up the package, the buyer will have to show the PIN code received by mail.
If after this period the buyer does not pick up the shipment, it will be returned to the address you have set as sender in the case of Correos and Seur and to the pickup point of origin in the case of GLS or Boyacá.
