There are several reasons why Seur may not have picked up the package:
- Incorrect address. In case there is an error with the pickup address you entered and no delivery attempt has been made yet, you should cancel the transaction and not take the package personally to a Seur office.

Failed pick-up attempt or Seur incident. If the package could not be picked up due to absence, but the address is correct, Seur will attempt a new pickup on the next business day by default. If it is necessary to modify the pick up date, cancel it or reschedule it, you can access MiSeur by following these steps:

You will receive an email from Seur with a link to MiSeur, there you will need to log in or create an account.

From MiSeur you will be able to cancel, modify the date and also download the label.

Please note: Modifications can be made until the pickup has a definitive status and multiple date changes are not allowed on the same day.
In case you need to change the date, cancel or reschedule because the package is not ready, you can follow the same steps above.
In case of shipment with Method please contact them through this email atc@method-logistics.com to schedule a new pick up.
In case you need to contact us, remember to have at hand the Wallapop shipping tracking code as we will ask you for it at the time of sending your request. You will be able to see it on the web or in the app, by accessing the transaction in progress from the "You" section, in the Purchases/Sales section.
