There are several reasons why Seur might not have picked up the package:
- There may have been a failed pickup attempt. In this case, check the application and access the Seur platform as a "guest user" to manage a new pickup time.
- It may be that there is an incident at Seur and they have not been able to pick up the package. In this case, contact us.
